한손날비틀어막기, 바탕손막기, 뒤로 물러 디디며 손날막기 등은
걷어 막기와 받아 막기 등으로 활용하는 동작입니다.

상대의 공격을 나의 작은 힘으로 방향을 바꿔 역습하는 기법을 이해하는 데 수련의 목적이 있습니다.
