TITHOKOZE MULUNGU

Описание к видео TITHOKOZE MULUNGU

Music is the heart of the soul! Tithokoze Mulungu is a song done in Chichewa of Malawi, literally translated as ‘we thank God.’ The last verse is in Bemba of Zambia. Enjoy the combination of these two languages. The song was done by the gentlemen who by then, were studying Philosophy in Balaka, Malawi at Inter-Congregational Institute (ICI)-an affiliate of the Catholic University of Malawi (CUNIMA).
“All our riches come from God.” Gratitude helps us to know what we receive and what we are capable of giving in love and honour. In fact, no one has nothing to give, everyone has something to give, no one has everything, that, he or she cannot receive anything from anywhere. Therefore, this inspired two guys to compose this song: Kelvin Mutalala (from Zambia) and Stephen Nthenda (from Malawi).
Instruments were done by Kelvin Mutalala. The audio in this video was recorded at Andiamo studios in Malawi. It was produced by Mr Cos Chiwalo of the Alleluia Band. The producer of this video is Mr. Felix Misomali of Malawi.
We pay homage to the following people who participated in the singing and the video; from Malawi: Stephen Nthenda, Andrew Mungu, Daniel Moses Kanyada, Aubren Banda and Gama Felix; from Zambia: Kelvin Mutalala, Darious Mwape Kabonga and Edmund Chipulu; from Mozambique: Costa Magwere Manuel. We thank Rev., Fr., Dr., Andrew Kaufa (Director-Luntha Television, Malawi), who made the video possible for us.
Above all, we thank our Creator, we thank Allah, we thank our God Almighty, God of the Jews, Hindus, Jews, etc., for the gift of life and this present moment. In short, Tithokoze Mulungu for everything! Tutashe Lesa pali fyonse ifyo atucitila mu bumi bwesu (Let us thank God for everything He has done for us in our lives)!
