We're either acting or pretending to be someone we're not for various reasons for various people. Most of the time we don't even know why we're doing this. Generally it's a default mechanism in order to "keep things in line" or "be seen as someone we're not". Now it's just flat out wrong. You, the real you, has so much more to offer to yourself and the world. In this video I describe my process of becoming unapologetically ME, the real me, the one you see here, the authentic Ben.
