With TRR processing 10-20k items each day, capturing 3-6 images per item, the traditional manual retouching was a significant bottleneck. This included labor-intensive tasks such as aligning mannequins, cropping images, and digitally removing stands and seams—all to maintain the brand's luxurious presentation.

Christopher will reveal how, by integrating AI, TRR has automated 87% of image processing, yielding millions in annual savings and dramatically accelerating their workflow.
