FBB TV MEETS: BBC journalist Leon Mann

Check out our latest short film featuring young FBB TV presenter Rashad interviewing BBC journalist Leon Mann. It was a great opportunity for Rashad to learn from one of the most talented journalists around, who has himself interviewed Premier League footballers Ashley Cole and Rio Ferdinand among others, as well as renowned sporting legends such as Usain Bolt and Michael Jordan. In this compelling interview, Leon tells the story of how he became a journalist, talks about some of the highlights of his career and also discusses the importance of diversity in football.

As well as Rashad presenting the piece, more young participants from our FBB Schools projects were involved both in the filming and editing of the piece, giving them valuable experience at every stage of the production process. Big thanks to volunteer editor Matt Spurr for running two editing workshops with our young people and producing this final cut!
