Recipe #1 this tomato egg recipe is very delicious and simple, you can cook this yummy recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
ingredients:
-2 tomatoes
-3 eggs
-2 tbsp chopped spring onion
-2 tbsp flour
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-salt to taste
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-olive oil
-chopped fresh parsley
Recipe:
-using a round object to knife, remove the pulp or flesh from the tomato rings and place them into bowl.
-chop the pulps from tomatoes and keep it aside.
-in a bowl add eggs, whisk the eggs, add in chopped pulps tomatoes.
-add chopped spring onion, flour, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, mix well.
-heat a pan over low-medium heat, add olive oil.
-place the tomato rings, pour the egg mixture on each tomato rings.
-cover with lid and allow the eggs to cook over low heat.
-it’s ready to be served.. ENJOY!
Recipe #2 this tomato egg it's the easiest and delicious recipe, it's so easy to make and cheap with only a few ingredients.
ingredients:
-olive oil
-one onion
-2 minced garlic cloves
-1 1/2 cup tomato puree
-salt to taste
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tsp paprika powder
-1/2 tsp turmeric powder
-4 eggs
-chopped spring onion
-chopped fresh parsley
Recipe:
-heat a pan over low-medium heat, add olive oil.
-add in sliced onion, minced garlic, fry for 4-5 minutes.
-pour tomato puree, cook for 6-7 minutes, add salt, black pepper, paprika and turmeric powder, mix well.
-separate the egg yolk from the white, pour the egg white on tomato sauce, mix until egg whites are almost cooked.
-place the egg yolks on top, cover with lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.
-garnish with fresh chopped spring onion and parsley.
-it’s ready to be served! ENJOY..
