I bought a dilapidated, old house in Dunleath Historic District in Greensboro, NC and in this video I will give you a tour of the house before we start the renovations on it. Our intention is to restore this old home to its former beauty, while upgrading the energy efficiency where it makes sense. We will upgrade this 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath house, into a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home. But first we have to fix the previous work that was done illegally and incorrectly. And we have to repair and improve the exterior while adhering to the Historic District Guidelines. Follow along as we go through the renovations to see the challenges we will face.
