This is the best weapon for quickbloom Sethos with 325 EM, nothing else comes close. If you want to focus on his electro damage don't play Furina.

High frontloaded damage from his charged attacks and sustained damage from burst allows him to deal with multi-wave content very flexibly, adapting to the situation at hand.

Dori helps a lot with Sethos' energy needs, but Electro Traveler is also an option (one could argue they are better due to more energy restoration and no "circle impact", but in turn have no healing).
