The mission:

We were tasked with creating the finale of Rekorderlig Cider’s campaign: Spirit of Summer. The goal was pretty clear. The brand wanted a bespoke pop-up bar and restaurant to be located directly on the golden sands of Bournemouth beach.

Our Approach:

The beach-side location had some challenges, the main one being that we had to create an entire venue on a patch of sand. But our team love to get creative and we saw this as the perfect opportunity to do something special.

We started the planning process by mocking up some 3D images and worked alongside the local council to draw up complex power plans and structure designs. We also planned the entire logistics of the pop-up, which included the main event space, a bar and kitchen area, storage, and toilet facilities.

We love making our clients’ lives as easy as possible, so we handled the entire project from start to finish. We managed the bar and catering and organised the health and safety documentation, so our client had one point of contact (us) during the entire process.

The outcome:

A lively pop-up summer venue in an unrivalled location. Positioned right on the sand and with the crashing waves as its background, this was a one-of-a-kind event space. The soft seating and dynamic decorations created a Swedish summer oasis, bringing the client’s vision to life and delivering an unforgettable experience for those who visited.
