How To Mount A Whitetail Deer - Part 9 - Give Him A Face - How To Tuck All That Skin - Taxidermy

In this video I'll show you how to tuck the face skin and get the ears into position. After sewing up the back and get to the face you might be terrified of how much skin there is to tuck. This is completely normal and shouldn't scare you. Follow along with me as I systematically go through the process of finding the home for all the skin. It's quite easy once you know where it's supposed to go and how/when to put it there. If you've watched the previous videos and set the groundwork like I have you will get the same result.

Mounting a whitetail deer is a lot of work and takes someone like myself to show you how I get through all the aspects of the mount.

There is a level of artistry that goes into mounting a deer to bring it from average to the next level. My hope is through watching this series you'll gain the knowledge to be at least better than average.
