Signature Pools & Spa, Inc. originated from my competitive nature to be better and do better than industry standards. I began in 1979 as a sub-contractor in the pool industry, after having gained a wealth of knowledge and experience, I decided to put all the puzzle pieces together and build a better mouse trap. I've always wanted to work for myself with the best part of my job being able to put my boots on and go out into the field. I greatly enjoy the hands-on aspect of construction but also delivering an end product that exemplifies the quality craftsmanship that, I along with my team, prides itself on. By controlling the environment, I also control the narrative. While construction is not a perfect science, I believe communication is key and the pool design serves as the overall master plan which is why I find it imperative to ask questions from desired elements to usability and practicality. Fundamental to our success is being proactive and having high standards. Utilizing a systematic approach allows customers to better communicate throughout the build and be informed of upcoming work. Often, design is subject to change, so we work collaboratively with homeowners to meet and exceed their expectations all while delivering results in a timely manner. Building a swimming pool is not only labor intensive, but also a tremendous investment both financially and emotionally which is why we welcome the slightest input on any design change to capture the desired vision of the project.
