I flew my drone around this water pipe project which is located less than one mile from the dam at the southern end of Lake Palestine in East Texas. The Intergrated Pipeline Project (IPL), involves a 150-mile pipeline connecting Lake Palestine to Lake Benbrook, with connections to Cedar Creek & Richland-Chambers Reservoirs. The IPL project is scheduled to be completed within the next 5 years, and will provide an additional 350 million gallons per day of water to the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex.

To give perspective, this site is approximately two football fields wide and ten football fields long.
