Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Revenue Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha has declared that eliminating delays in Mutation (Daakhil-Khaarij) and Parimarjan (land correction) cases is his top priority. He has issued strict instructions for the time-bound disposal of all applications and is compiling a list of officials who unnecessarily reject cases. To combat fraudulent paperwork, a state-level special team has been formed for on-site verification. The department has set a target to clear all valid pending cases by March. Furthermore, the department warned that strict legal action will be taken against those involved in forgery and fraud.
