Deep Flow is all about creating a shared space for creativity, wellbeing and community – which is why you’re invited to join in the choreography and be part of the performance.

We want you to tap into the energy in the room, move your body and share a powerful moment with the people of Greater Manchester. The choreography draws inspiration from tai chi and qigong, which have brought people together through meditative movement for thousands of years.
