What are the available solutions in SAP S/4HANA to sell fixed assets using sales orders and sales invoices?🤔❓

💡There's no best-practice solution, so we have to build our own. From my experience there are 2 solutions:
1️⃣ Use a non-stock item
2️⃣ Convert the Fixed Asset to a material and sell it
