This is the final video in our series on re-gearing and axle-swapping our '21 Ford Bronco Base. In this episode we finally wrap up the complete re-gear and axle swap, after having installed the M220 rear and M210 front drive unit with electric lockers and 5.13 gears. In this one we do all of the buttoning up, including wiring up the lockers to the Bronco's AUX switches, running the Ford Performance tune via Forscan to deal with the Front Axle Disconnect (FAD) delete, and more.

For the wiring I always use non-insulated crimp connectors protected by good quality heat shrink tubing.

This is a fairly long video because we wanted to document the entire process for anyone considering doing this work themselves but might not be sure what it entails. Experienced mechanics might find it a bit basic and ponderous so it won't hurt our feelings if you'd rather go find something more brief to view for your Bronco entertainment.
