Flying Low/Passing Through is a dance technique and practice that was created by David Zambrano. During her many years of dance training and experience, Adele has had the opportunity to learn this wonderful dance practice from several dance practitioners/teachers and continues to develop her own curiosities and style.

The class focuses on the dancer's relationship with the floor. The dancers work on activating their awareness and perception of the whole room and whole body. By learning simple movement patterns with the help of voice, the dancers will move in and out of the floor with speed, efficiency, and joy.
