At first this DGA458 grinder looked like it had a faulty controler, but the thermal camera didn't show up any faults.
But it did show a lot of heat in the switch.

The switch had melted inside and internal contacts where only just making contact, causing it to start and stop like it was.
A new switch quickly fixes this one, and is also a cheap one to repair at only 40 euro.
