‘I started screaming’: Métis man's ponytail cut off without consent in hospital

A 73-year-old Métis man says his pontytail was cut off with his consent at a hospital in Saskatoon where he was being treated for a hip injury. Ruben St. Charles had grown the ponytail over 30 years for cultural reasons, and said he started screaming when he realized it was gone.
