This is a chance to REWIRE your yoga practice and teaching. The program has two courses: one for students, which is our "LEARN" model and one for teachers, which is the "DO" model.

The Learn model is a 12-week online course where we meet live together on Zoom once a week for 1-hour and review each of the 9 practices, week by week. The certification course is a 2-day intensive following the 12-week course, which makes yoga teacher eligible to host Rewire programs in the future.

Through BOTH experiences, you'll Rewire your brain from fear to happiness and learn how to enhance your yoga practice on and off your mat.
