Sam Houston 15 Bourbon Review & Comparisons!

Shout out to Victor G., AKA Big Vic here on YouTube, for hooking me up with this bottle! The long-awaited next addition to the Sam Houston lineup, their 15-year-old aged-stated bourbon, is finally hitting shelves across select markets! It seems that the general consensus of last year's 14-year-old release was that it perfectly balanced age, price, value, and flavor, so this follow-up is one that many are looking forward to trying. Not only is this another year older, but Sam Houston has decided to up the proof from 98 to 103, a move that's sure to delight all of us proof-seekers. In this review, I nose, taste, and evaluate the SH15, and then compare it to last year's 14-year release, as well as the Calumet Farm 15. Let me know if you've tried this and what you think of it!

**Also, please keep in mind that these are very small batches, so your batch may differ from what I'm describing here. This was also a very recently opened bottle, so a bit of air may change things, although it will probably be for the better.
