FISH FILLET WITH GARLIC WHITE SAUCE (CREAM DORY BREADED FILLET)

This fish can go along with almost any dipping sauce because of its mild flavor. Cream dory can get boring for its mild taste but with the addition of spices and condiments the dish turns out delightful. The dish that is often present to every occasion and gathering. Here are the ingredients:

3 pieces cream dory
salt, adjust accordingly
pepper, adjust accordingly
lemon or kalamansi, adjust accordingly
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp iodized salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 pieces large eggs
bread crumbs
cooking oil for frying


For creamy garlic dipping sauce

1 cup chilled all-purpose creamer
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon or kalamansi
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp salt
3 tsp white sugar
1 tsp ground black pepper
dried basil, optional
spring onion, optional

NOTE:
📝 You can use breading mix if you don't have all- purpose flour, garlic and onion powder.
📝 Serves 8-10 persons
