1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1 heaped tsp garlic & ginger paste
Black pepper
1 tsp corn flour

For the dish
1 cup peas
1 cup raw long grain rice (boiled, cooled and drained)
1 bunch spring onions
1 red chilli
2 eggs
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
