While building this bike I made quite a few 3d printed parts
Overall the spec of this bike is:

Weight: 24.8kg without lock attached to the bike
Battery capacity: 840Wh
Motor power: 750W with peak power of ~1100W, but can be set to anything, in 95% cases I use 300W mode I created
Top speed: 54kmh on flat and 60kmh with tailwind, limiting factor is gearing , not the motor itself
Range: 80-120km, 80km is "highway" with cruising at about 35-40kmh, 120km is city riding + legs , where your average speed is about 20kmh
It has folding handlebar, frame and pedals, so can be easily stored or lifted into car's boot.
I would not recommend building exactly that bike as it requires access to 3d printer, fusion 360 knowledge and desire to create things, but this video was mostly to demonstrate that if want to - you can make your own bike, its not terribly hard , especially if the bike you want wont fold and you do not care about its size and weight. If you have donor frame and wheels it will even be more budget friendly than buying anything from the store and unlike companies that try to cut costs - you control all the parts so it will be as good as you want it to be.
