first we have checked that if the battery is good or not
you can check using m.meter or the trick I already showed in the vedio

second we checked the battery teeth we found that both phones batteries are good and their battery teeth

third we also checked the power bottoms and we found that our problem is the power bottoms. and the way we just fixed was
just cleaning the motherboard specially we taked much care on the power bottoms.
so then the two phones solved .
