INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1/4 cup Curd
• 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
• 1 cup Powder Sugar
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 cup Aashirvaad Atta
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 2 tbsp Vinegar

METHOD
• In a bowl mix milk, cream, vanilla essence, and icing sugar.
• Now add oil to this and mix well
• Add Aashirvaad Atta, baking powder, baking soda, and lemon juice. Mix well
• Now take a lined baking dish and pour the batter into it. Tap the dish to ensure there are no air bubbles in it.
• Bake the cake at 180 degrees celcius for at least 15-20 minutes or till the cake gets done
