Egg Cups Recipe by The Shaba Kitchen

Ingredients:
12 Eggs
1 Cup of cooked turkey bacon
1 Cup of chopped tomatoes
1 Cup of chopped red peppers
1 Cup of chopped orange peppers
1 Cup of chopped yellow peppers
1 Cup of chopped zuchinni
1 Cup of parsley
1 Cup of chopped chives
1 Cup of chopped mushrooms
1 Cup of chopped spinach
1 Cup of chopped red onion
1 Cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 Cup of grated white cheddar cheese
1 Cup of grated marble cheese
1 Teaspoon of salt, pepper, garlic and herb seasoning

Directions:
1) Crack the eggs into muffin cups, after placing inside muffin tray
2) Add desired toppings, and top with cheese, and parlsey
3) Bake at 350 degrees, for 30 minutes
4) Remove from muffin tray
5) Enjoy!
