In this video we show you 5 of the best townhome communities in Midlothian Va. Midlothian is one of our favorite suburbs of Richmond VA and it is a great place to live. If you are looking for low maintenance living and want to learn about the best townhome communities in Midlothian, this is the video for you!

This isn't our first video about the Midlothian area, so if you want to learn more about this suburb of Richmond be sure to check out all of our other Midlothian videos. This particular video is going to focus solely on townhome communities but we have many others covering lots of other wonderful neighborhoods.

The first Midlothian townhome community we discuss in this video is Lakepointe. Lakepointe Townhomes are located along the Swift Creek Reservoir so you will get very scenic views. There are walking trails and sitting areas along the waters edge inside this community. Additionally there are lots of shopping and dining options located along Hull Street very close by.

The next community is Glen Eagles in Brandermill. This is another waterfront townhome community. Best of all you are within walking distance to Sunday Park which has one of our favorite outdoor dining restaurants, The Boathouse.

Brookcreek Crossing is a small community with single family homes, townhomes, and even apartments so there is something for everyone. It has a great location convenient to lots of shopping and dining along Midlothian turnpike. But there is highway noise outside because of the proximity to highway 288.

Hartford Hill Townhomes are located right beside the Walmart & Sam's Club along Midlothian Turnpike, making this a very walkable community. This is a newer construction neighborhood built by Stylecraft builders. You will get open concept living, newer construction, very close shopping, and a 1 car garage for a very affordable price.

Our favorite Midlothian townhome community is Winterfield Park. Winterfield Park features townhomes built by Main Street Homes which is one of our favorite builders in Richmond. These units are all very nice, and within the community there are walkable attractions nearby including Triple Crossing's newest brewery location, and an Aldi grocery store. This community also has a pool and a clubhouse which many of the others did not.
