►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use blue creme as your base color
-(Optional) Protect around your nails with liquid latex or the barrier of your choice
-On your stamper, apply drops of all 3 colors, then smoosh onto the nail
-Use an orange stick for any "flooding" then remove protection if used and clean up around the edges
-Finish with top coat!
