We take advantage of a snow day to go on a Victoria Canada Tour, the capital of British Columbia. Around Victoria's Inner Harbor are several incredible buildings including the BC Parliament Buildings and the Fairmont Empress hotel. Then we head over to Victoria's Chinatown to see Fan Tan Alley, Canada's narrowest street measuring only 35 inches across!
