We are just over the border from Pembrokeshire in my native Carmarthenshire. We had a great time foraging for Prawns and Mussels.This was in Winter 3/12/17. We cooked a meal of Prawns,Mussels and wild garlic in a cider sauce,served in hollowed out crusty bread rolls and topped with foraged wild chives. I came across a fish I have not found before,which turned out to be a "Pogge" or Armoured Bullhead. The meal was delicious,however I wished I had brought some local butter to add to the sauce,to bind the ingredients together.
