Adivi Sesh: “We got a very big canvas for Major, Mahesh Babu sir produced the film” | Sobhita |Saiee

Adivi Sesh, Sobhita Dhulipala and Saiee Manjrekar in an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama’s Faridoon Shahryar talk about their upcoming film Major which is releasing on 3rd of June 2022. Major is based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan and Sobhita says that whole cast and crew of this film has become a fan of his. Adivi Sesh also comments on Major clashing with Akshay Kumar starrer Samrat Prithviraj and Kamal Haasan starrer Vikram and says that if they are the big fish then Major is a goldfish. He also says that RRR has worked in a big way from Hyderabad and now it’s the turn of SSS as all of their names starts with the letter S. Adivi Sesh says that Major got a very big canvas as it is produced by Mahesh Babu and also comments on his “Bollywood can’t afford me” comment. Adivi Sesh open ups on the culture of cinema in Telugu states and says that what Bhangra is to Punjabis, films are to Telugus. He also says that Telugu states has the highest no. of cinemas in India and has the highest occupancy. He also talks about Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan and says that he was an all Indian man. Adivi Sesh also talks about patriotism, best way to help soldiers and South vs Bollywood debate. Commenting to Mahesh Babu's "Bollywood can't afford me" comment, he says that he's used to his humour. Sobhita Dhulipala also speaks on Adivi Sesh, Saiee Manjrekar, Emraan Hashmi, Geeta Dutt and Mahesh Babu. Saiee Manjrekar speaks on Salman Khan, Adivi Sesh and Hrithik Roshan.
