Taking FOUR Huskies to Mackinac Island

Today we are taking four huskies to Mackinac Island! That's right! Mackinac Island is a very dog friendly destination! The dogs get to ride on a ferry to get over to the island. We normally ride the Shepler's ferry to get to the island. This is Eleanor and Thor's first time on Mackinac Island! Mackinac Island, Michigan is a really unique place! There are no cars allowed on the island (minus a few emergency vehicles). Everyone travels around on bike, or by horse and carriage! You have to take a 20 minute ride on a ferry to get there!
