December means scorching hot summers in Australia, and while the norther half of the planet wouldn’t even think of holiday decorations and festive feelings the Christmas spirit is living high. Christmas here means t-shirts, shorts, the smell of sunscreen, chlorine from the pool, and above all, barbecue. So grab a nice cold beer or spritz and finish off with a slice of that lovely pavlova. Feeling kinda naked from the heat and gorgeous food you head inside the cozy living room with the aircon and fans on full blast. Let’s get comfy on the sofa and watch some Home Alone, and don’t mind the Huntsman Spider in the corner of the room and that Eastern Brown Snake under the couch. They are regulars.
