Hey all! Another day...another day late uploading the video. I'm telling you. Our wifi is so slow..it literally takes all night to upload a 10 minute video...PLUS my videos have randomly stopped uploading in the middle of the uploading?!

BUT HERE IT IS! How to tell if you hair needs moisture versus protein! This is a really simple (I think) way to tell what your hair needs. And every hair type is different! So make sure you understand your hair!
