Frontier Waste Solutions’ First Day in Fair Oaks Ranch

Last week you watched as Republic made their final rounds in Fair Oaks, now watch as Frontier makes their first. Monday was the first service day and it just so happens that Monday is the day with the most routes here. In order to compensate for all the work that frontier has acquired recently, they brought in a couple of rental ZRs from Rush. In addition to a couple rentals running fresh off the lot, they also had their standard side loaders running here. I was hoping they would bring in some other new trucks but I guess they haven’t been able to get any yet. My biggest complaint is that frontier is rolling out bins with yellow lids for trash to all their new customers, making it look like customers have two recycle bins. Not quite sure why they are doing this as other yards are passing out yellow for recycle and green for trash. You guys really seemed to enjoy watching how Republic handled this transition so I’m interested to see the response to Frontier. I personally have mixed feelings but feel free to comment your thoughts down below.
