Pimple or boil like eruptions in the vaginal area is caused due to excessive sweat or due to bacterial or fungal infection. So infection of the hair roots will cause Folliculitis. So to prevent that, keep the area clean and tidy is the first and the foremost thing people with excessive sweating can take twice daily bath. If there are pimple like eruptions or boils, giving hot water compress to the area for 2 to 3 days will be helpful.
