Escape a Level 5 felony

You can easily get a level 5 felony by going to the Nudle building in the southern part of the map and shooting civilians until the police show up (make sure the police get called, and you dont kill the security guard until they have been killed. If you don't then it'll go from 5 to 4 stars during the escape). Once you have 5 stars, get rid of the helicopter if theres one there and head to the hills below you. Drive up to the map barrier and shoot the helicopter. The helicopter will leave then, and the police cars shouldnt follow up onto the hills if you are fast enough.
