Make Molds for Resin Casting - Beginner's Guide - Easy Mold Making

This video is a beginners guide to mold making for resin casting. The goal here is to take the intimidation out of mold making. Resin casting can be intimidating enough in itself. In this video I show you how to make 4 different kinds of molds and we discuss a few other ways to make molds. I show you how to use cups with mold release applied to make molds. We make a silicone mold for resin casting. I make 2 molds from corrugated plastic. Finally we make a huge resin mold from HDPE or High Density Polyethylene. Resin mold making can be simple and fun. This video is proof that is is easy, and you can get incredible resin castings from simple molds.
