If My Heart Had Wings - Amane Route Ending

Описание к видео If My Heart Had Wings - Amane Route Ending

A long time ago, Mochizuki Amane had a best friend named Misagi Isuka. They were both members of the Soaring Club. At the time, Amane looked up to Isuka as a role model. She really admired her passion for the club and gliders. Isuka's dream was to ride high in the sky with the Morning Glory (a rare and large rolling cloud).

Isuka mysteriously disappeared one day and no one knows where she went. Some even assume that she's dead. Amane continues to follow in her footsteps. She remains as the sole member of the Soaring Club, drawing blueprints, carrying on the passion of Isuka whom she once knew.

Enter into the latter portion of Amane's route, she receives a letter from the not-so-nice school instructor. Apparently this letter was addressed to Amane from Isuka, from many years ago. Because the instructor resents the club, he kept it from Amane.

In the letter, Isuka admits that she has been lying to Amane the whole time. Her dream was never to fly the glider; instead she just wanted to be best friends with Amane. Because Amane looked up to her so much, Isuka felt she couldn't be honest because that would be a disappointment to her best friend.

Once Amane read the letter, she becomes extremely depressed. She attempts to vandalize the glider that the new club members worked so hard to build. Fortunately, they were able to stop her in time. But the letter was significant to Amane because it made her feel like everything was her fault: The reason why Isuka lied to herself, the reason why she disappeared; Amane thought it was all her fault for holding people back.

The Soaring Club members and the protagonist are finally able to cheer Amane up and convince her otherwise. To help Amane finally get some closure, they prepare a flight of the glider since the Morning Glory is approaching...
