Sydney's darling of the retail precinct is, without question, the Queen Victoria Building or QVB. Having endured more reincarnations than a socialite's had party dresses, the QVB is now an elegant destination shopping, strolling or enjoying afternoon tea. We'll ooh and aah as we admire her tiled floors, leadlight windows and wrought iron balustrades. The highlights of the tour are the two magnificent clocks suspended from the ceiling above shoppers below.
