RoboCup 2024 - HTWK Robots vs. RoboÉireann (Standard Platform League, Group Phase Round 3)

Next up for our group matches: It's RoboÉireann! The rising star of the Standard Platform League (which they would never admit). But it's undeniable that they won last year's second division (we affectionately call it the 'Challenge Shield'), were promoted to the Champion's Cup and are giving us and pretty much everybody else a run for their money! After last year's RoboCup in Bordeaux, we invited them to Leipzig for some hacking and some exchange. Incredibly sympathetic people! I need to visit Ireland for sure! The RoboCup is the annual robotics world championship. Teams compete in different leagues including several different kinds of football leagues. Our league, the Standard Platform League, is the only one that uses identical roboters across teams, focusing exclusively on software.
