Welcome to my channel! Today, I’m excited to share these soft and zesty Orange Muffins with you. They’re fluffy, moist, and bursting with fresh orange flavor, making them the perfect treat for any time of day. Let’s dive in!

Ingredients (for 6 muffins):
55 g softened butter (1/4 cup)
65 g sugar (1/3 cup)
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
110 g all-purpose flour (about 3/4 cup)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
50 ml fresh orange juice (1/4 cup)

Baking Time:
20–25 minutes at 350°F (175°C) in a preheated oven.

Prepare the Batter:
1. In a mixing bowl, add 55 g softened butter and 65 g sugar. Stir for 2–3 minutes until light and creamy.
2. Crack in 1 egg and add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
3. Sift together 110 g all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Pour in 50 ml of fresh orange juice. Mix on low speed for about 15–20 seconds, just until combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the muffins light and fluffy.

Bake the Muffins:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
3. Evenly divide the batter into the muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
4. Place the muffin tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack. These orange muffins are soft, tender, and packed with a citrusy punch that pairs perfectly with tea or coffee.
