Ingredients:

1 egg (60 g)
Warm milk 150 ml
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
White sugar 15 g (1 tbsp)
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
Bread or all-purpose flour 280 g (2 cup)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)

Green onion 20 g
Baking soda 0.5 g （1/8 tsp)
Garlic 25 g
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
White sugar 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp

Pan size: 33*40 cm

Preheated oven at 180℃/356 ℉ bake for 12 minutes until golden brown
