[ Mission 3: Jury Fury
In "Jury Fury," Tommy Vercetti is tasked by Ken Rosenberg to intimidate two jurors who are set to convict Ken's client. Tommy must ensure the jurors are too scared to deliver a guilty verdict. To achieve this, Tommy smashes their cars using a hammer, making it clear that they should reconsider their decision. This mission introduces players to using melee weapons and demonstrates the impact of intimidation in the criminal underworld of Vice City.

Mission 4: Riot
In "Riot," Tommy meets with Avery Carrington, a wealthy and influential real estate developer. Avery wants to drive down property values in a targeted area to facilitate a cheap acquisition. He instructs Tommy to incite a riot at a local labor strike. Tommy heads to the site, throws a few punches, and the situation quickly escalates into chaos. With the riot in full swing, Tommy takes the opportunity to destroy several delivery trucks belonging to the targeted business, ensuring Avery's plan proceeds smoothly. ]
