There were a lot of records that didn’t make the cut (unfortunately), but we are talking about a limited amount of spots here. Because we’re only talking about one year, we didn’t even set a limit for how many times an act can appear.

The only other big two rules were that we didn't include EPs, so Denzel Curry & Kenny Beats’ "UNLOCKED", & Conway the Machine & The Alchemist’s "LULU" are ineligible.

Also, Mac Miller’s "Circles", our our opinion, isn’t a rap album, so it is also exempt from this list.
