The late Jim Pack of Rocket Comics was a prolific voice in the 80s small press comics scene, and his cartooning and storytelling prowess was on full display in the humorous "Sgt. Starr" spy story featured in his Orbit #1 from 1987. It's a treat to look over the work of the masters, and this issue is no exception.
