Step 1: Determine Your Book Cover Size

For a KDP book cover, the standard sizes are:
6 x 9 inches for a notebook
8.5 x 11 inches for a coloring book

Select your book's binding type (e.g., Paperback, Black & White, White paper, Inches).
Enter the trim size (e.g., 6 x 9 inches).
Enter the page count.
Click 'Calculate dimensions' to get the exact measurements for your book cover.

Step 2: Create kdp cover in canva

Go to Canva and click on 'Create a design', then 'Custom size'.
