Tommy Vercetti feels like talking to Mr. Black, so he drives on out to the payphone in Vice Point. Mr. Black assumes he is speaking to Mr. Teal, but little does he know, It's Mr. Vercetti on the other end.

Taped under the payphone is a note that asks that Mr. Teal (Tommy) to go about assassinating Mrs. Dawson. Tommy needs to make this attack look like an accident, so no weapons are allowed.

Tommy sees Mrs. Dawson exiting from the Jewellery store and driving off in her car. Tommy feeling a little guilty of what he's about to do, he proceeds ramming into Mrs. Dawson until her Comet vehicle explodes!
