•Cumin powder- 1 tbsp
•Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
•Kashmiri Mirch powder- 1 tbsp
•Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
•Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
•Water - 4 cups
•Garam masala powder- ½ tsp
•Salt - to taste
•Sugar
•Ghee- 1 tsp
•oil - 6 tbsp
